Judaism is a religion which doesnt necessarily take in proselytes. However, therere examples when ruling elite of other ethnic communities is included into the chosen people ranks through marriages with influential Jewish families. Other people accepting Judaism must be circumcised, meanwhile they will remain second-rate Jews forever, as was the case with many ancient Palestine communities as well as with early medieval Khazar state. This is happening in the USA now! Jews constitute top political brass here. They seek to make the practice of circumcision general for all US citizens as a kind of AIDS prevention measure. The only thing that remains is to slightly change the wording of Torah (sort а constitution) and then you can say for sure that this country has been converted into Judaism. Jews has always considered Jerusalem to be the center of the world regardless of the governmental city of residence. And you know, newly converted Americans may well return this center to the chosen people for good.
