No, she specifically stated that she considers the sentencing guidlines but uses her own criteria based on the fact as she views them.

She views them with a 20 year record of opposing such things as stiff sentences for child porn traffickers and the sex offender registry.

You should actually listen to what she said instead of reflexive statements that don't align with the facts.

She routinely gives minimum sentences to child porn traffickers and purveyors. That's her record.
