Trump never called for violence in his January 6 speech. What Smith is engaging in is election interference. This is going to backfire on Smith.

They arent going to use the speech as the main evidence, dimwit. They'll probably focus on the "perfect phone calls" to election officials and could very well use RICO statutes in the attempt to use fake electors to circumvent the will of the people.

You're an idiot if you think they dont have trump nailed.

You can do whatever you want when you control the DOJ. That is the fundamental problem when separation of powers collapses.

What Smith is engaged in is called due process.

And you can't critique an indictment that hasn't come down yet.....as you don't know what the charges or the evidence is.

No one seems to care anymore--this is already off trends on Twitter. TWITTER, the leftists haven.

It's the Boy Who Cried Wolf and Turley is right, it's helping Trump. He's also right that Schiff and co could find nothing. For every one of these indictments, every time there is not CLEAR evidence, the Left looks worse and worse.

They can't see it of course. Their TDS is blinded them.

Yeah, right.

"We fight like hell. And if you don't fight like hell, you're not going to have a country anymore," he said.
He said to march peacefully.

If it's seditious, yes. As our Founding Fathers laid out. As if you care.

Thanks for asking!

Just like all those other times they "had him", right? Idiots...

Pretty sure Turley knows more about the law than you do, Simp.
