The purpose of change of venue is to protect the accused, not increase the chances of a conviction.

You guys had Jeb Bush, Chris Christie, Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz, Scott Walker, John Kasich, Mike Huckabee, Bobby Jindal, Rick Perry... maybe some others I can't think of right now.

Any one of them would have pursued the same policies Trump did. Any one of them would have been substantially more effective than Trump's failed presidency because they actually understand how government works.

And this is the problem with the modern GOP. It just doesn't hate Democrats, it hates government.

Not at all. He might have done other things that day that Hillary was billed for. Some people can multi-task.

What Mueller couldn't prove in that case was that he was under orders from Hilary or anyone else on her campaign to give the FBI that information.


Heck, Hillary probably would have preferred if he didn't, as the FBI got several news organizations to sit on the news until after the election.

OJ didn't get acquitted because of Jury Nullification.

He got acquitted because Darden and Clark were incompetent.

All their "evidence" against OJ was found by a cop who took the fifth Amendment because he outright perjured himself.

If every defendant got the quality of representation OJ got, half the prisons could be emptied.
