Bullshit. We have not had BiPartisanship since Bill Clinton and Newt Gingrich. George W Bush tried to carry on that tradition with Nancy Pelosi but she would have none of that…. She needed an enemy when the Democrats took the House in 2006. Obama was one of the least bipartisanship presidents, ever.
