Terrorism is when you use weapons to extort people into giving up their legal property or rights.
That is what the US did with Shock and Awe, and it was totally illegal, since the Geneva Convention prohibits targeting civilian infrastructure.

The natives are the only legal owners, who paid for the land and have treaties giving them independence.

They can only make their own rockets, using things like fertilizer for propellant.

The cost of garbage collection in Gaza is more then $75 million a year.
And we give Israel over $5 billion a year.
