In most the nation. Not in the contested swing states where Biden's flying monkeys has cheated and

The massive use of mail in ballots has given the democrats the chance to cheat like hell in their big democrat controlled cities, like Philadelphia, Detroit, Pittsburgh and Milwaukee. Numerous poll workers have filed affidavits detailing how they were instructed to cheat and falsify ballots.

There is no chain of custody with a mail in ballot especially when observers were not allowed
