regardless the judge wouldn't let him....he had to plea straight upAlford
He did not accept the Alford plea. Hunter finally had to take responsibility and admit his guiltDid the judge accept the plea? Edit: looks like he did.
So he took the plea. Rich people pay a fine. Middle class go to jail.He did not accept the Alford plea. Hunter finally had to take responsibility and admit his guilt
They will continue lying to the American people.
I didn't read anything about a plea deal.So he took the plea. Rich people pay a fine. Middle class go to jail.
Its literally the OP.I didn't read anything about a plea deal.
- Hunter Biden pleaded guilty in his criminal tax case in Los Angeles federal court, hours after jury selection was due to begin for a trial of the son of President Joe Biden.
- The move came after prosecutors strongly opposed his offer to make an Alford plea, which would maintain he was innocent but concede prosecutors had enough evidence to convict him at trial.
- Biden was charged with three felony counts and six misdemeanors related to failing to pay at least $1.4 million in federal taxes between 2016 and 2019.
- He was accused of deducting money that he paid to sex workers on his taxes as a business expense and of spending “millions of dollars on an extravagant lifestyle rather than paying his tax bills.”
Nothing about a plea deal. He pleaded guilty to all charges. No deal to reduce any charges or lessen charges in exchange for testimony or evidence to implicate others. Its literally the OP.
Thats why you plead guilty...He is pleading to a reduced sentence.Nothing about a plea deal. He pleaded guilty to all charges. No deal to reduce any charges or lessen charges in exchange for testimony or evidence to implicate others.
Nothing in the OP about any agreement for reduced sentence approved by the prosecution or the judgeThats why you plead guilty...He is pleading to a reduced sentence.
Ok. He just pled guilty without agreement, right before trial. I guess he suddenly found God.Nothing in the OP about any agreement for reduced sentence approved by the prosecution or the judge
Or daddy said, "Not to worry little broomstick cowboy, daddy will pardon you."Ok. He just pled guilty without agreement, right before trial. I guess he suddenly found God.
This is true, actually.Or daddy said, "Not to worry little broomstick cowboy, daddy will pardon you."
So the prosecution was surprised to learn Biden was pleading guilty and at the same time had a deal in place for him to do so in exchange for a lesser sentence?Thats why you plead guilty...He is pleading to a reduced sentence.
And daddy doesn't want investigators finding any checks written to "the big guy,"Or daddy said, "Not to worry little broomstick cowboy, daddy will pardon you."
So he took the plea. Rich people pay a fine. Middle class go to jail.
Only in your head. And you cheer.
Actually no, rich people, like Wesley Snipes, had to go to jail for this.So he took the plea. Rich people pay a fine. Middle class go to jail.
Not true unless the crimes are related. had he illegally used a gun in the commission of his tax evasion, it would be relevant, such as a past conviction for sexual assault could be used against a rapist. The gun charge has no bearing on his tax crimes, which he pleaded guilty anyway. It's not. But when sentencing a defendant for a crime, the defendant's criminal history is a factor, and Hunter Biden is already a convicted felon.
The prosecutors knew nothing of this, so how can he be getting a reduced sentence?Thats why you plead guilty...He is pleading to a reduced sentence.
