Democrats don't aren't looking for a "Daddy" to take care of them, or someone to follow, they're looking for a competent bureaucrat, who can use the levers of government to build the necessary infrastructure, health care, education, and opportunities for Americans to succeed.

The Cult of Donald Trump, the worlds greatest conman, has been an utter disaster for the country. Republicanism, rewarding the wealthy simply for being wealthy, has been an abject failure for the American economy. Cutting taxes on the national credit card to give the money to billionaires has backfired, leaving working Americans sick, broke, and hungry.

Americans don't need a "Messiah". They need competent governance. Like all of the truly great first world countries have managed to have.

Republicans want and need a big government nanny to tell them what to do, think and how to act. They want a big government nanny to punish people who don't conform to conservative republican beliefs.

Everything that they accuse others of, others aren't but republicans sure are.

Every republican president is their messiah until the next republican president comes along.
