Joe Biden gives new hope to nursing home residents.

After viewing the bumbling, mumbling, confused Biden for the last few months, nursing home residents are feeling better about themselves. One such resident is 79 year old Elmer Ducketts who sums it up this way. "I been going downhill fer awhile now, cain't always find my teeth, ferget my name sometimes, always get my oatmeal all over me. But when I seen that Biden feller who is as messed up as me I said "Hell, if that dumb fucker can run fer Parsident, maybe I can do more than sit on the porch and yell at cars!"
