Yes they did, they broke the law and there are sentencing guidelines for that, just because you like to portray Trump and trumpanzees as victims has no bearing on the matter. In the USA the judiciary and the legislature are independent, so even Trump's opinions about fairness and so on, have no legal relevance.

Why not give me an example of a convicted individual who does not deserve to be in prison? tell me how you reached that conclusion?
