These may be declared invalid since biden is senile and does not know what he's doing. He's just told to sign something and signs it. Furthermore the whole idea of preemptive pardons makes no sense. You have to be first convicted to get a pardon. Nixon got a preemptive pardon but that was 50 years ago and was wrong then. If i said slavery used to be legal so it's legal now, would you accept that argument.?

The irony is priceless. NEVER IN AMERICAN HISTORY has an American President undertaken a campaign of civil, criminal, and quasi-Constitutional assaults against a political opponent like this, and the President who mounted that infamous campaign seeks to insulate himself and his criminal posse from retaliation.

But there is a tiny hole in his defensive edifice. The hole is the removal of the Fifth Amendment rights of those pardoned. Imagine H. Biden called before a prosecutor and grilled about the family's influence peddling and money laundering enterprise, seeking to prosecute Joe himself.

The Constitution clearly states that pardons are for “offenses against the United States”
As such, he has admitted his family is a crime family all guilty of crimes against the United States.

I noticed Joe Biden nodding off and falling asleep during the inauguration. Another time, he was apparently reading from some sort of card. During Trump's inaugural speech, everyone stood and applauded except the former presidents the Clintons, the Obumma, and yeah, you guessed it, the RINO Bushes. As Chuckie Schumer was leaving, he shook the hands of the Clintons, waved to Obumma, and shook the hand of GW.

20 minutes before the Inauguration, Joe pardoned his family. What an act of cowardess and craven sedition.
Were they convicted of any crime? Where they charged with any crime? So what are they pardoned for?
If they are innocent of any crime, then what does the pardon protect them from?
What is the point of pardoning an innocent person? How would the court find them guilty if there was no proof of guilt?
The very act of pardoning his family implies there is something criminal they COULD be charged and convicted of.

2. The DOJ declared Biden unfit to stand trial for his stolen documents.
3. If he is unfit to stand trial, then he was unfit to hold office.
4. This has been confirmed by Speaker Johnson who has stated that Biden didn't even know what he was signing.
5. As such, this invalidates every act Biden did while in office including his pardons.
6. IMO, I would challenge these pardons based on that.

We had a Governor selling them, outright, along with liquor licenses. They got him on mail fraud, over it, after he left office, losing the election when it became public.
