I hope this story is for real. If so, the lawsuit needs to move forward!

  • Attorney General Moody of Florida is leading a coalition of 27 states in a lawsuit against President Joe Biden's administration to secure the US border.
  • The lawsuit comes in response to over seven million inadmissible immigrants, including suspected terrorists, crossing into the US during Biden's tenure.
  • Despite a previous court victory against Biden's catch-and-release policy, the administration has continued to release inadmissible immigrants at the border.
  • The coalition is demanding that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) amend its policies and prohibit mass release of inadmissible immigrants into the country.
  • The petition claims that current policies are "blatantly unlawful" and have "horrendous effects on the security of our nation."

Attorney General Moody of Florida is leading a coalition of 27 states taking action to force President Joe Biden to secure the US border.

During the Biden administration, more than seven million inadmissible immigrants have crossed the border into the US, including suspected terrorists. In the fiscal year of 2023 alone, US Customs and Border Protection has identified 151 known terrorists at the Southwest border.

By law, by the Constitution itself even, the Biden Administration is required to see to it that our border is defended.

If he won't obey the law, if he won't obey the Constitution, then would he obey a court ruling?

In light of what just happened in Israel, this is the terrifying part:

In the fiscal year of 2023 alone, US Customs and Border Protection has identified 151 known terrorists at the Southwest border.
