I had this question early on.
ObamaCare needs the young and healthy to pay into this for it to work.
But then they tell the young and healthy that they can stay on their parents plan.

Nope! The powers that be thought they could baffle them with BS, and lo and behold, they weren't baffled! They spotted the three mile wide loophole, and drove right on in!
