Depending on the precincts doing the recounts, it may be nothing more than an affirmation of the results.

In Pennsylvania, a margin of 0.5% is needed to trigger a statewide recount. The margin when she withdrew was 0.8%.

No dice.

Read your own article, the amount is down to .06%, and only 41,000 votes. Even if they only recount 50% of the state, they could easily make up that many if there really is an issue. But we won't know if there is an issue unless they do the recounts... you see how that works?

Well guess what, Trumps lead dropped from about 71,000 to 41,000 because of votes found in Philly. Which means if they drop any more then that triggers and automatic recount. Might not happen, we will have to wait and see.
