I would think the Jews would reject Enoch since reading it feels like a Christian wrote a good portion of it the way the Messiah is discussed.First, Constantine had nothing to do with selecting Canon. Second, it was the Jews who rejected the books of Enoch (probably written over time by five different people) because it didn't match what is accepted in the Torah.
But knowing it was written well before Christianity even started is what is so incredible about the book.
