It is the Gospel of Mark - dated well before the 4th century - 2nd century or before.

Those papyri are proof that they were written within the first two centuries. There are hundreds more for reference. And yes, they match what is written in the New Testament.

2. The Jews quarreled and said how can this man give us his flesh to eat. John 6:52
3. So rather than softening his stance he doubled down and said very clearly, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you do not have life within you. John 6:53

He let disciples walk away rather than to soften his stance and make it symbolic. He was given an opportunity to soften it and instead he reinforced what he said by saying the flesh is of no avail.

The Catechism of the Council of Trent (1566) defines idolatry as worshipping images or idols as gods, or believing they have divinity or virtue. Not sure what’s going on here, but I too do not think Jesus told his followers they could eat treyf. He was an observant Jew. He would not have said that.
