Zone1 Jew Hatred - I don't get it.

You have the RESPONSIBILITY to understand God. There is no "right" to worship God any way you choose. If course you CAN in this life, but you were given this life to get it right

"In VAIN do they worship Me, teaching as doctrine, the commandment of MEN"
I disagree. There are many different perceptions of God and people will choose the best way to worship God.

The phrase "in vain do people worship me" does not apply to people who love God in a real and tangible way and give thanks and praise to God for all that he has given them by showing God they were worthy of the gift.

That phrase would apply to people who only have a notional belief in God and no real relationship with God. I don't know what guides you but I'm guided by the Holy Spirit. If you are guided by words in a book then there's a good chance you are worshipping God in vain.

If some Christian came to you, and told you that what is in your holy texts, there is no proof that the folks actually wrote that or believed in that, what would your reaction be?

You are being really hateful and ignorant IMO.

27 If one of the unbelievers invites you to dinner and you are disposed to go, eat whatever is set before you without raising any question on the ground of conscience. 28 But if someone says to you, “This has been offered in sacrifice,” then do not eat it, for the sake of the one who informed you, and for the sake of conscience—
14 Again Jesus called the crowd to him and said, “Listen to me, everyone, and understand this. 15 Nothing outside a person can defile them by going into them. Rather, it is what comes out of a person that defiles them.” [16] [a]

17 After he had left the crowd and entered the house, his disciples asked him about this parable. 18 “Are you so dull?” he asked. “Don’t you see that nothing that enters a person from the outside can defile them? 19 For it doesn’t go into their heart but into their stomach, and then out of the body.” (In saying this, Jesus declared all foods clean.)

20 He went on: “What comes out of a person is what defiles them. 21 For it is from within, out of a person’s heart, that evil thoughts come—sexual immorality, theft, murder, 22 adultery, greed, malice, deceit, lewdness, envy, slander, arrogance and folly. 23 All these evils come from inside and defile a person.”

Christians have faith in their texts, just as you do yours.
1) Stop quoting the New Testament to a practicing Jew. It is hateful and ignorant, and is rude to boot.

2) We have a slew of Stormfront refugees on this forum, spewing the most hateful antisemitic venom and lies imaginable. Have you called THEM hateful and ignorant? Or is your criticism only for a Jew who defends her beliefs?

We're all contemptible creatures.
Well, I notice your decency in that reply but I was being facetious. There is no "we" who are all contemptible creatures. Some are good, some are evil, some are angels, some are demons, and every creature in-between, swine, cattle, vultures, worms, sheep, goats, etc., are just human archetypes, metaphors for people that represent the heights and depths of human potential.

This alone clears up many mysteries about the hidden subject of kosher law and ritual sacrifice.

None of us is worthy of the glory of Heaven.
That may be true for whoever "us" is but the righteous earn a place in the world to come. And anyone worthy of rising from the dead is worthy of the kingdom of Heaven. Worthy of eternal life. If you feel like a contemptible creature, a hopeless sinner worthy of damnation I suggest that you just strive to become a better person. Or at least reevaluate, learn, what the true subject of sin is.

If you knew that Jesus was teaching that the Law was not to be taken literally, and is not about diet, fashion, or the sexual preferences of consenting adults, you would not be feeling like shit.

And you wouldn't need to be forgiven.

But God made us a way to spend eternity with Him. He loves us so much He died a horrific death on the cross, so that whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life.

Sure, but what you believe about Jesus really MATTERS, it can be either a blessing or a curse.

If you believe Jesus was a man sent by God to reveal the hidden subjects of the Law, a blessing, IF YOU DO IT. If you believe Jesus was a trinity that became a man to die for your sins, a curse.

Jesus taught and demonstrated the only right way to understand and comply with the Laws demands that fulfills the promise of life for everyone who listens to his Words, (eats his flesh) and acts on it (drinks his blood). Life is in the blood, in the doing. So just do it and you will be worthy of the kingdom of Heaven, even if you seem like a contemptible creature to dingbots who pretend to believe that God became a Jewish man who was crucified as a perfect human sacrifice so that believers who celebrate his death and eat him can sin with impunity for life. derp

Smarten up. This is earth, teeming with predators always on the hunt for easy prey to devour.

If someone tries to get you to confess that you are worthless piece of shit who has to accept that Jesus is God, a trinity who became a man to die for your sins, say "**** you" and run as if your life depended on it. It does, and you will live to tell your children's children about your near death experience with a direct descendant of that ever elusive deadly poisonous talking serpent of old.

The Nachash.

The Hebrew word נָחָשׁ (Nāḥāš) is used in the Hebrew Bible to identify the serpent that appears in Genesis 3:1, in the Garden of Eden. In the first book of the Torah, the serpent is portrayed as a deceptive creature or trickster, who promotes as good what God had forbidden and shows particular cunning in its deception.

You really are a judgemental moron. No one is all good or all bad. People are more complex than that. It's your judgemental nature that leads to your misguided subjectivity and superiority complex.

You are at war with Christianity. I say it's because you are gay and have an ax to grind.

Case in point; Ding tries to promote as good, the way to eternal life, what God has forbidden, idolatry, under penalty of death.. Can you see how bad this joker has screwed himself? Gen 3:14

daveman, If he wan't such a transparent sanctimonious asshole I would feel sorry for him... If.

Screw faith in what you can't see. Do you have the faith to see what is right in front of your nose?

Are you evangelizing for Judaism?

Should all Christians convert to Judaism?

Well, let me ask him:

ding

Do you believe that Jews also have a path to Gd, as we have been taught?

Sure. Why not? I'm not dogmatic. I think all of this arguing about dogma is idiotic. Not only is it a waste of time but it's harmful to the soul.
That’s all I ask! The only problem I have with Christians are the subset who not only think I’m going to Hell but insist on warning me, again and again and again.

My time is better spent on progressing myself rather than others. My extent of evangelization is to lead by example.

Ding is a lair Lisa.

His faith teaches that Jewish people are cursed for not worshipping Jesus as if he was God and mosaic law is obsolete, and You must celebrate the death of Jesus an innocent man to be saved
Some people may interpret it that way but I don't. So, no. I'm not lying. And more importantly, you can't find a post of mine that supports your false allegation. You have no evidence.

He believes official church teaching that Jewish people are cursed for not worshipping Jesus as if he was a trinity, god in human form, mosaic law is obsolete, and you must accept that Jesus, an innocent man, was a perfect human sacrifice and was crucified so believers can sin with impunity for life if you celebrate his sacrificial death and worship and eat a matzo for spiritual life.

No. I don't believe that Jewish people are cursed for not worshipping Jesus as if he was a trinity.

And do you have a link to the Catechism that states Jewish people are cursed for not worshipping Jesus? Because I've never seen that. I believe you are misinformed or are making that up.

You are really making Jewish people look bad.

But you said it was an official church teaching, right? Where is that officially taught?

I've never heard that and I was never taught that.

You have built a strawman to justify your poor behaviors.

And you are showing your true colors. You are motivated by hate.

Believe me, I know all too well what his religion officially teaches, as I’ve had evangelicals harass me no end and even several of them on this forum keep INSISTING I’m doomed, that we are horrible anti-Christ people, quoting NT verses ad infinitum as if that’s somehow going to convince me, etc., etc.

But there are many good things I’ve learned from my parents, and among the most important is to judge each person as an individual. Ding has said that Jews do indeed have a path to Gd without having to believe in Jesus, and I’m always happy when I run across Christians like that. I take him at his word.
