Not going to happen. Especially with UNESCO designating the Temple Mount, the Cave of the Patriarchs and Rachel's Tomb as exclusively Muslim. The international community seems to have accepted the Muslim narrative that there is no Jewish connection to these places and that they belong to Islam. Israel can't, at the moment, trust the international community to protect the Jewish character of our holy places.
