In the end our civilian leadership gives them the mission and leaves it up to the pentagon to figure out how to do it. Still after all these failures no one is asking why are they so bad at winning the peace.

Congress had voted NO FUNDING for security at any US embassies except in Kabul and Baghdad. You do know there has never been aa US consulate in Benghazi.
