Yes, if citizen students were removed from school without a warrant or probable cause, 'kidnapping' is a feasible charge.

If a grand jury had found cause to charge him with murder, the real cops would be there to arrest him. ICE will grab them with nothing but an accusation. A simple accusation is no reason someone should be arrested.

If an illegal alien is deported for committing a crime and then returns only to be caught again, they should have a big X tattooed on their forehead before being deported again. That would make them easier to identify the next time.
