I don't know what "suspect" means in terms of likelyhood, but it's much closer to 0 than half a chance considering Supreme Court will more than likely declare most Trump's tariffs illegal.

Even setting aside SCOTUS descision, 2026 year's budget deficits are looking to be around 2.2 Trillion dollars and you think Congress will easily go along with another ~400 billion dollar give away on top of that?
