While I don't have much doubt that Prince Andrew was a scumbag, as far as I know, there is no actual proof and he was never charged, which mean the left media mostly all claiming she was a "survivor" is pre-mature speculation, finding him guilty without a trial.

Depends on what we consider “actual proof.” I wasn’t there watching Andy bang her. I don’t know of any video recording. I don’t believe that she was impregnated. But I do know that he and the poor woman were pictured together at Epstein’s island. And I do know she made a bloc accusation against the scumbag “prince.” And he expressed some regret for his own behavior.

This isn’t a court room. So, I don’t mind saying this: I am content in presuming that Andy was a scumbag.

I don’t blame Trump or the FBI or our new AG. I’m not sure America has jurisdiction either by geography or (now) based upon a relevant statute of limitations.

That said, I do wish that every scrap of paper and intel we have about Epstein, his Island and his apparent criminal behavior (including names) could be released — in full, already.

As I said, I don't have much doubt that he was indeed a scumbag. But, I don't think it is right for the left to call someone a "survivor" when there is not real evidence and he hasn't been found guilty of the crime. Accusations alone shouldn't be enough to call someone a survivor.

Traffickers don't chose victims that people are looking out for, or have good and stable home lives. They pick the girls who are adrift, with little oversight or guidance. Whose parents are alcoholics, or have mental health problems.

Nor was she a "lifelong victim". She had been out of that life since 2002 and married and had three children. The effects of what she endured, stayed with her throughout her life, but she had ceased being a "victim" years ago.

There seems to be a LOT of judges throwing out cases that protect the "deep state" claiming "no evidence exists" . This goes on with so many cases lately involving election fraud, foreign contributions to campaigns, identity theft of voters for political contributions and other "disturbing" cases brought before the courts.
