The big problem is that since companies want to take the easy way out, they usually make blanket policies that treat normal human interaction and actual sexual harassment as the same thing. It's easier than trying to actually figure out the situation, just punish the "guilty" and move on.

I get why they are as they are. Big lawsuits have happened over the shit. People are people how ever there is always some idiot that abuse s. The situation.
