Russia has currently a military household of about 400 billions. Russia is in war.
The EU has currently a military household of 326 billions. Europe is not really in war but nevertheless grew the military households of the EU up to now around 31% since 2021 because of Putins stupid, senseless and criminal war on Europe in the Ukraine.

But Germany and Europe have in this context not only military costs but also costs in context to help the civil society of the people of the Ukraine.

Now he is stuck with US$80 billion (a huge GDP sacrifice for Russia) against a minor budget with less then 2% but totaling US$ 440 billion, not even counting in the USA.
His only hope is a dumb and corrupt Trump.

If however Trump can really challenge US Congress and survive - a Congress that has continuously upheld it's global hegemony policy since 1899 - I doubt it.
