The main reason that Zelenskyy acted the way he did is because Barack Obama had Susan Rice coach him on how to act. In an obvious violation of the Logan Act, Barack Obama undermined the current administration by dealing under the table with President Zelenskyy and misled him into making a serious mistake. A mistake he tried to backtrack on before he was told to leave the White House. Now the UK and other European countries are trying to make deals with him to keep the war going.
