Dude, it's his behavior after the accident that is in question.

He's an early 20's kid who was scared and did something stupid. He's not at fault for the crash. He's not at fault for the people in the other car dying. He apparently wasnt drunk or high. He didnt assualt anyone. He didnt steal anything. He drove his car too fast and lied to the police about it. Let me guess every time you've been pulled over for speeding you told the cop exactly how fast you were going. Give me a break. How much would you like to bet this young man doesn't make it past the 20th pick in the draft barring some significant change to what we currently know. Any team outside the top 5 who drafts him will be hitting the proverbial lottery.

For 2 misdemeanors? This is his first offense, the maximum is 60 days in jail for street racing in Georgia. I find it hard to believe he spends any time in jail.

According to the OP article he was charged with reckless driving and racing. Both misdemeanors.
