January inflation numbers

what was it the year before?
You ducked the question.

Has it decreased or not?
Kindly show us where our number of workers has returned to the level in 2019.

Those charts show RATE. Per cent of population (which grew).. not raw numbers

Some of them were jobs they went back to. After Covid shit them down

Some people were rehired back in their old jobs, many took new jobs. Many got better jobs

Republicans act like they are the same jobs

If they do, Biden already said he would veto it.
So? How many times did they try to overturn the ACA, knowing they didn't have the vote....or a healthcare plan for that matter.

What's different now?

A party submits a bill to show voters they have answers. That they have policy. If Republicans submitted a good bill to reduce inflation then voters would note that and act accordingly in future elections.

Hiding behind, the Dems will just veto it, is a lame excuse.

Leave the military and social security, for the ones that paid into it. Also Medicare people paid for it. But everything else 50% cut across the board. Cut our senator and congress salaries in half. Stop their pensions for life and make them use the Medicare system that the elderly has to use. Cut the money to all the foreign countries. Then give the American workers their money back.

OK……What about worker salaries, what about public health and safety, what about infrastructure……

And then there's the other stuff:
  • Putin's war......and oil prices.
  • Putin's war ..... and grain prices (grain to feed chickens, swine, beef)...and increased grain costs interpreted to higher costs to raise those animals, to lay those eggs, to ship that milk. Duh!
Eggs are due to the bird flu, granted.

As for Putin's war. Malarkey!

“In January of 2021, inflation was at 1.4%. By December of 2021, it had risen to 7% — a fivefold increase. Now, since the war in Ukraine began in late February, the rate of inflation has risen incrementally another 1.6% to a current level of 8.6%. So again, from 7% to 8.6%.”
