As much as the Wife and I make jerk chicken I'm surprised we haven't tried that.
You need to get some of this... It's by far the best jerk seasoning out there.
We buy the giant tub and divide it into two people servings. After spreading the marinad under the skin let it sit in the fridge overnight.
You use whats left to make to make the dipping or brush on sauce. You add honey,brown sugar and a scotch bonnet/Habanero if you like it hot.
I promise you'll never use Walkerswood again.
