Now that this has failed, these cases serve no purpose.

That DOJ policy only applies to a sitting POTUS. Trump is still a private citizen under multiple indictments & Smith should continue his prosecution of the criminal Trump right up to the day he's sworn in just to make his life miserable. But that won't happen.

But, I'm not worried. Trump is a serial criminal mastermind & he'll commit more within the next four & Smith or someone else will be waiting there to nail his crooked ass.
