Jack Smith could face indictment

Yeah, that idiot is moronically postering that if he follows a car through a red light and a cop pulls him over, he can't be given a ticket because the cop set a precedent by not giving the other driver a ticket. A rock has a higher IQ than that one.
What is the statute to that supposed crime?

Yes ***** Hawaii did this so you're wrong
Are you deliberately playing stupid.

No court in Hawaii, no less a court of ultimate jurisdiction, was involved in the elector certification in the 1960 election.

Yeah, that idiot is moronically postering

What?

Dude, seriously.

Get a thesaurus.

Or a translator.

Or a clue.

Hable ingles?

Estas muy estupido.

That's hispanican for "You're a dumb dumb".

Not even in your dreams. Failing to prosecute a crime doesn't make it legal.

Or you'd be defending Trumps having classified documents being legal, because Hillary Clinton wasn't prosecuted. And Mike Pence wasn't prosecuted.

But there was just a soldier convicted because he sold the Chinese military information for $15K
What is the statute to the supposed crime?

Jack smith has a history of making up crimes that gets his ass kicked in the supreme court

Sssshhh.

Don't rain on their little commie parade.

It's so cute when they get all excited and think they're going to win something fairly for once.

Youre an idiot ***** ***** Hawaii sent fake electors and no crime was committed still waiting on that statute
You're wrong that no crime was committed. You can only say that no crime was charged.

And you claim the failure to charge a crime that made itself moot two weeks later was worthy of prosecution.

I remember being in traffic court, listening to several people using that exact defense, and the judge telling them in no uncertain terms, that the officer can't catch everybody who broke the law. And who got away has no bearing on your case.

Everybody who tried that defense was found guilty.
