They say that "treason" is reserved for those who make war against the United States, but the way I see it is in this way - Sedition or treason allegedly was exactly what was being waged by a specific Democrat group in 2016 possibly, otherwise by a group who allegedly was trying to stop Trump by any means possible.

They allegedly decided to attempt to thwart or overthrow a presidential election or to overthrow an elected president in the aftermath by nefarious means.. If necessary they were to do so over a long period of time or whatever time it took. It was all in hopes to take over the country against it's will by implanting possibly by force their candidate/puppet through each cycle if need be, otherwise just so it would continuously work in their favor...

They were to "fundamentally transform America" remember (Obama's words), yet it would be against America's will but it mattered not about that..
