I don’t believe many Americans recognize the dangerous times we live in today. It’s apparent to many of us free speech is under attack. A new McCarthyism has emerged and if not opposed, will lead to tyranny of the elite.
I speak of the recent silencing of dissenting voices on college campuses. The attack on peaceful students using their First Amendment rights, which not long ago all Americans assumed they had this right.
Inside of a few weeks at Havard, Penn, Columbia three Ivy League presidents were ousted. Nothing in our history compares to this. The Zionist billionaires imposed this illegal injustice, with full support of government and many dumb Americans. To say nothing of students who were oppressed and silenced.

Your side has been attacking free speech on college campuses for decades, conservatives speakers are hounded off campus by mobs of people like you, if an administration even contemplated inviting a conservative to speak, demonstrations erupt, on the rare occasions a conservative is actually invited demonstrators insist the campus administration retract rage invitation. Unless a professor hides his conservatism until he has tenure, he is fired. The stories are endless and very nearly universal.
If a college wants to support international terrorists like Hamas it can, it just won’t get taxpayer money any more. How quickly colleges changed their tunes when the gravy train was cut off shows the lack of commitment. I went to High School in a rather interesting place. A huge enclave of those of Armenian descent, as well as another of Turkish descent. And I still remember the uproar when Kemal Arikan was assassinated. And in our school, the decision by both sides was pretty universally the same.
"We are all Americans now, we are not going to let the bad behavior of our ancestors to dictate how we live as Americans". It was impossible to not be aware of the Armenian Genocide, but most saw no reason to blame those born decades afterwards for what had happened in another country.
The same with the Holocaust. I worked for a gentleman that still had the tattoo the Germans gave him a teenager. I knew Ukrainians who detested the Soviet Union for what they had done. As well as others who had fled South Vietnam with their parents as children in 1975, and one friend who lost every member of his family that had remained in Cambodia during the Killing Fields.
And my own wife moved to the US as she and her family had to flee Argentina during the Dirty Wars.
Most people however are simply ignorant. They do not want to know how evil the world can be, so pretend such things simply do not happen. They live a very Candide and Polyanna life.

There have been unfortunate civilian casualties in Gaza largely because Hamas has used civilians as human shields and this time the Israelis aren't going to let Hamas fighters get away behind their human shields. You Israel haters keep ignoring the fact that Israel would not have attacked Gaza if Hamas had not slaughtered over 1,000 Israeli civilians on October 7, 2023, and if Hamas had not taken hundreds of Israelis as hostages (some of whom Hamas is still holding).
