The problem is that you've also said that "Hitler wasn't the problem," that Hitler and the Nazis had valid reasons for hating the Jews, that the Jews wrecked Germany after WWI, and that there's a vast worldwide Jewish conspiracy. You've also said that you "guess" the Holocaust was bad ("Was it bad? I guess.").
It is generally agreed that some Jews in Germany were hated and some Jews praised, admired and successful in the 1930s - 1940s..... Why?
The reason that many Europeans were suspicious of or hostile toward Jews in the 1920s and 1930s was the fact that the early brutal Bolsheviks / Communists were predominantly Jewish.
About 80% of the early Communist party leadership was Jewish and because of the violent nature of the Czar's execution and the excesses of the Russian revolution, most Europeans feared that ruthless Bolshevism / Communism led primarily by Jews would spread to their world.
Next, among the primary reasons for Hitler's popularity was his opposition to Europe's Communist threat. (1)
Why were some individuals, Jews and others, persecuted and others recipients of Germany's highest awards, honors and ranks in Germany's military and the National Socialist party?
I suspect that the reasons are as diverse as the individuals themselves but any objective and complete study shows that there is little hard evidence to support the accusation that Hitler hated all Jews.
That is the only premise of this comment.
I am not attempting to praise Hitler or claim that persecuted Jew deserved their suffering.
I am only showing some of what I have found in relation to Hitler's feelings toward Jews that were part of his life.
If Hitler hated all Jews, it is highly unlikely that he would have openly supported the promotion of and awarding honors to so many high ranking Jewish individuals both in his military and the NS party itself (2), (3), (4).
Not only did Hitler recognize loyal and courageous Jews of his era but even Jewish WW 1 Veterans in Palestine. (5)
Little is said about Hitler's Jewish friends in Vienna's arts community (6) or his young Jewish "pen pal" (Rosa Nienau) who shared the same birthday.
Occasionally some mention is made of his Jewish doctor and Jewish driver but a far from objective and accurate Western MSM simply parrots the old obviously fraudulent Allied propaganda narrative that "... Hitler hated all Jews."
Chaim Weizmann, President of the World Jewish Congress must only have inflamed anti Jewish sentiment in Germany when he declared:
And we are the Trojan horses in the enemy's fortress. Thousands of Jews living in Europe constitute the principal factor in the destruction of our enemy.
Chaim Weizmann, N.Y., N.Y. 1942
As I mentioned earlier, Hitler was not the only European leader who feared the early, Jewish led Communism / Bolshevism:
Winston Churchill wrote:
"There is no need to exaggerate the part played in the creation of Bolshevism and in the actual bringing about of the Russian Revolution by these international and for the most part atheistical Jews. It is certainly a very great one; it probably outweighs all others."
Winston Churchill; 1920
Finally, I have seen nothing specific showing that Hitler hated all Jews except for generalized hysteria and deliberate misquotes but there seems to be adequate evidence to show that he did not.
Your thoughts?
