That was a beautiful explanation. I believe / I know spirits or souls are tiny specs of light energy from a parallel universe that have access to this world. They flow into this world and seek out newborns, to be breathed in and become one with the physical form for the duration of time that the body exists. This is what makes us human beings. I tried to explain this to Christians, using Adam as an example, in that analogy, he was a form of sand until God gave him the breath of Life.
