can you be more specific?
What is it you do not understand about Obamacare, the largest tax hike ever proffered against the Middle Class but disguised as an insignificant user fee by then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi in her notorious smarm of "Don't read, just pass" to find out what's in the Obama Healthcare Act? It is also the largest tax hike in the history of the world on a people if you don't count the wealth found on holocaust corpses' clothing items by the Nazis of WWII for deposit into Swiss bank accounts for Germany's control freak Hitler.
What I don't understand is your position, just giving talking points doesn't help. Give me some regulations in the Affordable Care Act that you feel will hurt business.
Small businesses barely making ends meet can't afford to pay union wages to employees, much less to health care costs when workers who go for union guarantees in public hospitals. The union clause was kept from public view and obfuscated in such highly classified language only a lawyer would know it. The lawyers weren't talking because they wanted the bill with all its endowments to pass, not be understood.
The trouble with nurses and health care workers walking out on strike in a hospital, it could withhold care from people hanging on the brink of life and death. Requiring religious hospitals to end lives ahead of schedule is another freaky clause. The bill would close down noncooperative hospitals. In other words, the democrats would rather close down an entity that has saved hundreds of thousands of lives over the years if they don't do late term abortions on demand. That would be a Congressional crime, imho to foist that on people who believe euthanasia is against their religious teachings, as are other treatments or withholding it might be viewed as involuntary killing or even murder. The Congress may not pass bills that act against a religion. Since some hospitals are religious, Congress has passed a bill that violates the First Amendment privilege given to citizens who are not only health care owners, but it would cause some employees who were noncooperative with violating their religious beliefs, some unwilling patients an untimely death, and a whole lot of grief all the way around.
I want Congress to pass a law that says bill may not be over 2 pages.
Nancy Pelosi pulled a fast one by creating a bill that was actually a 5-ream white paper written in the most technical terms imaginable, both medically speaking and legally speaking.
The circumstances around the passage of that bill were deleterious to citizens' ability to pay, ignored that at the time it was passed, we had double-digit unemployment, and its demands were as onerous as code pink is to people who believe wearing a buckskin coat with sheepskin lining to guard them against a winter chill at 7,000 feet is wise.
It's a mentally ill bill and I want it repealed.
