As it turns out, there is a limit on the number of times you can get the public to suspend reality.

Indeed, the removal of Bovino is just political theater, the lies will continue, along with the vilification of those who oppose the Trump regime and the execution of citizens engaged in peaceful, lawful protest.
Hitting officers with 2 ton SUVs and fighting with/impeding officers while carry a loaded weapon is not "peaceful"

Peaceful is what the normal among us our doing. We never get into confrontations with officers....let alone shot. Amazing how you doofuses still can't figure that out.

I think the problem is more that their argument ran against the interests of the NRA.

Ice shooting a person is OK. Gaslighting is fun.

Ice shooting somebody while saying that you did so because he brought a gun to a protest is unforgivable.

If Pretti would have been unarmed and shot I doubt Trump would back down no matter what the circumstances perversely enough.

Wait.....now the left-winger version of events has psychotically morphed into this kook being shot simply because he was at "a protest".

It had nothing to do with the fact he was fighting officers while carrying a loaded weapon on him?

I come here for the entertainment purposes! You guys don't disappoint.

Neither do you. In fact, insisting on a narrative that even Fox and Trump have given up trying to sell is some impressive gaslighting.

This has nothing to do with what President Trump, Fox, or anyone else has said. He had a loaded gun and was fighting with officers. We all saw the gun and saw him fighting. Period. That's how left-wing dipwads get Darwined. He wasn't shot for simply being "at a protest".

Amazing how decent people that mind their P's and Q's don't end up in those situations, isn't it?

Your characterizations of the incidents do not reflect the reality of what happened or the context of the incidents. Ross should be charged with manslaughter, the unidentified officers who shot Pretti should be charged with 2nd degree murder.

And the sad thing is, just like Jan 6th, the ************ who instigated it all will get away scott free.

sorta like when libs voted for the Joe........LLMMAAOOO
Greg Bovino was a natural fit for the Border Patrol's culture of lawlessness, brutality, and coverups.

HBO released an explosive Border Patrol documentary. Why is its star angry?

“Critical Incident: Death at the Border” recounts the death of Anastasio Hernández Rojas, a 42-year-old undocumented immigrant who died in 2010 days after immigration agents handcuffed, beat and Tasered him near the San Ysidro Port of Entry after trying to deport him to Mexico. Border Patrol at the time said they used force after Hernández Rojas, who had lived in this country since he was 15, resisted them.

The case drew international attention and Hernández Rojas’ family received a $1-million settlement from the federal government, which declined to file criminal charges against those involved in his death even though the San Diego County coroner’s office ruled it a homicide. Enter John Carlos Frey, a reporter who has pursued the story for nearly 15 years and who is one of the protagonists in “Critical Incident.”

He knocks on the doors of agents who were there when Hernández Rojas died, discovers footage that contradicts the Border Patrol’s official account and uncovers a secretive Border Patrol unit tasked with the “mitigation” of use-of-force incidents that was disbanded in 2022. The documentary includes an interview with a whistleblower who claimed bosses told him to doctor evidence to exculpate the agency in the death of Hernández Rojas. It also alleges the cover-up went all the way up to Customs and Border Protection commissioner Rodney Scott, who was Border Patrol deputy chief for the San Diego region when Hernández Rojas died.

At the conclusion of the documentary it was noted the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights found Rojas's death resulted from an excessive use of force by Border Patrol agents. The same agents who refused to answer questions during their depositions in order to not incriminate themselves. The IACHR recommend the case be re-opened. I'm sure trump will get right on that. ;)

Yep. That's why Noem was calling the victims terrorists before their body's were even cold.

State terrorism is here folks.
Everyone even half sane who saw the first videos of both suicide by cop incidents called the stupid bastards domestic terrorists. Perhaps you and d0gbreath are pretending you don’t know the definition of ‘domestic terrorist’?

It was tried with J6 and the plot to steal the election. It was tried when trump was made out to be an innocent victim, not a malevolent criminal.

Read Jack Smith's full deposition on the decision to indict Trump

It was tried with respect to inflation, and tariffs, and the bombing of men in boats. It reached the breaking point when the circumstances of a mother of three children being shot and killed was filmed from multiple angles. Now it's reached its limit.

New Video Analysis Reveals Flawed and Fatal Decisions in Shooting of Pretti

So what's a guy to do?

Greg Bovino Loses His Job

Gregory Bovino has been removed from his role as Border Patrol “commander at large” and will return to his former job in El Centro, California, where he is expected to retire soon, according to a DHS official and two people with knowledge of the change.

Bovino’s sudden demotion is the clearest sign yet that the Trump administration is reconsidering its most aggressive tactics after the killing Saturday of 37-year-old Alex Pretti by Border Patrol agents under Bovino’s command.

What does a certain someone always do? Find a scapegoat.

Just like pitchers can be replaced when they've lost their effectiveness so too players on the regime's team can be removed. If Kristi has told too many lies, if she's lost her ability to gaslight members of the public, it's time for the hook. There seems to be an endless supply of supplicants willing to take her place. Cuz the show must go on.

And meanwhile you idiots still pretend that women can have penises.

There have been a number of recent examples. Not just the killing of Good and Pretti in MN but the overall abuses and violation of the law by ICE. Followed by the backlash to trump posting the racist video depicting the Obama's as apes. Both forcing the malevolent would be authoritarian to backtrack by withdrawing 700 masked thugs and by deleting the racist post.

But what about a protracted incident for which trump was not criticized nearly enough? One that has been lost in the shuffle of "flooding the zone" with constant chaos. One a Dem prez would be facing impeachment over.

Lindsey Halligan is no longer employed by the Justice Department after her departure from Virginia U.S. attorney's office

Halligan, who had no prosecutorial experience, stepped down from her post in the Eastern District of Virginia after a judge ruled she was "masquerading" as U.S. attorney.

Let's review the ways Halligan's appointment led to a disgraceful scandal.

Trump announced Sept. 20 that he was appointing Halligan to the position of U.S. attorney — a day after he forced out his initial pick, Erik Siebert, who resisted pressure to prosecute former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James.

Trump's announcement came after he had posted a message on Truth Social urging Attorney General Pam Bondi to push ahead with prosecutions of Comey, James and Sen. Adam Schiff, D-Calif.

Comey was indicted on charges of making a false statement to Congress and obstructing a congressional investigation, while James was indicted on charges of bank fraud and making a false statement to a financial institution. Both pleaded not guilty.

U.S. District Judge Cameron Currie dismissed their indictments in November after finding that Halligan, who presented those cases to the grand jury on her own, had been "unlawfully appointed."

Appointing an unqualified lackey to vindictively prosecute political enemies after trump publicly demanded the blonde sock puppet do his bidding. Only to see the cases fail and a judge rule Lindsey had been illegally appointed.

Were it not for the 50 or 60 other scandals that have pushed that story off the front page we'd still be talking about it.

Gotta stop you right there. She was turning the car away from, not at, the officer who killed her. Something he could see as revealed by the footage taken by him with his phone clearly showing her turning the wheel hard to the right before he opened fire.

Cute post.

How did we know by looking at the title of this thread that the whole thread was going to be about fictional writing?

Wow j don’t recall much outrage over this death in 2010

Who’s admin was that again?

You really expect people to believe these lies? If she was turning the vehicle away she wouldn’t of rammed the officer, causing internal hemorrhaging

Three suspensions of reality:
1. There were no WMD
2. Oceans will rise three feet.
3. Joe Biden got a record 81 million votes, and was the most popular candidate in US history.

I'm going to tell you something you may find upsetting. There is no Santa Claus or Easter bunny. Perhaps you can start your road to acceptance of reality there and then move on to other matters like trump getting his ass kicked by 7M votes in 2020.
