At the conclusion of the documentary it was noted the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights found Rojas's death resulted from an excessive use of force by Border Patrol agents. The same agents who refused to answer questions during their depositions in order to not incriminate themselves. The IACHR recommend the case be re-opened. I'm sure trump will get right on that.
