I've seen all the statements that Biden has made about his dropping out, and they were all heavily scripted, and none stated specifically the reason that he dropped out.

"Good of the country" is meaningless, without a reason why it would be good for the country for a sitting incumbent president to drop out of the primary after having gotten nearly all of the votes.

Does he think democracy is bad for the country?
