I thought that was a state thing. It is legal here. Oh, and definitely gambling whether you can afford to lose or not.

Gambling is legal here if the gambling establishment gets a Special Use Permit (SUP) approval by the city council.

Here in Toledo, Ohio, last year the FBI finally busted 4 Democrat city council members for taking bribes in exchange for SUP approval.

The Kleptocrats here have had this corrupt pay-to-play system for decades.

I always wondered why gambling was restricted. There are reasons. I have done my share when a little younger. But a good one is that there are people who gamble who should not be. This gets tax money to cash strapped governments who can not raise taxes anymore to what is needed to certain groups.
