For those who think the Jews in Israel's land discriminate against Palestinians residing in Israel, just ask yourselves how many Christians & Jews can reside in Arab countries or how many non Catholics can live in Vatican City?

To keep housing within sabbath encirclements and houses as kosher, yes. It is like home owner associations can deny someone buying a home, and they don't need to give a reason. It protects the property values and the neighborhood.
Nudest property is highly limited so they will not sell to non nudists.
Jews or muslims might not want a church in their neighborhood that would would be ringing bells on sunday. People want to be close to where they pray, especially if buses to not run on certain days or early enough to get to church. Jews on sabbath need to have synagogue nearby since they don't drive or buses don't run on sabbath. These are practical reason, not racist.
People with special needs will choose to live where it is best suited for them. Homes with a light board to signal them if they can't hear. Ramps with they are in a wheelchair. For devout jews, it is a home that has a kosher kitchen or that has a park within marked off area.
Not everything is out of bigotry. Bigots would think certain restrictions or rules are out a discrimination because they think in terms of hate. They seek to find faults with what of others is providing for their particular needs. If a muslim did buy a home in an area, would he abide by rules of not using electricity, phones, radio and TV on the sabbath? Would he keep a kosher kitchen? Would he understand businesses being closed on Sabbath and open on days he held as holy days? No bus or taxi service, no parking or not being able to move the car on certain days?
It is like a home being for non-smokers only. Would a smoker be comfortable not smoking at any time within a certain neighborhood? What of a building being a no peanut, or no corn oil because of allergies? Maybe a building might say no aerosol or perfumes. What of no alcohol? No pets?
Why is jew only so different? People who do not want to or cannot conform to certain restrictions can still live, just on the next block or in a building down the street instead.
There are place in the US that are set aside for military, park, association only, for particular companies, for pet owners, for those above a certain age, for students, etc.
How is that so different?

As we have seen in the UK for some time now muslims refuse to sell to non muslims to keep property within the muslim community, even though this is illegal in the UK due to our racism laws and the European Human Rights laws.
We also have restrictions on what owners can do in their new homes, they cant park works vehicles on the drive or road. They cant park mobile homes, trailers, boats etc on the drive or road. They cant have barbecues most days of the week, they cant have snowmen on the front yard. They cant put up more than 1 TV antenna or dish, they cant have fires to burn garden waste. They cant erect a fence over 6 inches high or a hedge 1 foot high to the front of the property.

The people buying the houses are told about this up front and that they will be evicted if they breach the contract, no one has won a case for unfair eviction yet.

What was the difference. You do know, I am sure, that far fewer non-whites were killed by the Apartheid government than non-Jews have been killed by the Jewish Israelis. Some do yes by that is irrelevant to the post. You are making waves over an NGO that has rules against allowing certain property to be used by non Jews when the Islamic nations have PENAL LAWS that prohibit allowing Jews to live in their countries. Any citizen found selling any property to a Jew faces death without appeal. They are BARBARIC, VIOLENT, PSYCHOPATHIC and MURDEROUS people living in the 7c and following the dictates of a proven madman.

I do as I have spoken to many Africans that have fled post apartheid Africa.

There were less rapes, less murders, less violence, less muggings, less burglaries and less car jackings. The white farmers did not face being hacked to death by blacks, or having their land and property stolen. The murders of whites increased within the first year to 300% of that of the deaths of blacks under apartheid. Many blacks want most of the apartheid laws bringing back into force so that the streets will be safer and they will be protected from their own people. A fact to think on under white apartheid rule Mandella's ANC murdered more blacks in one year by "necklacing" that the white authorities did in 20 years.

Another point you don't seem to be able to understand is that the Palestinian muslims have declared war on Israel and this means that they will be killed or injured when they attack. That is the nature of war and that is what the Palestinians have decided is the way forward

Hamas is taking another step towards the full implementation of strict Islamic Sharia law in Gaza, and is planning to introduce a penalty of lashes for certain criminal offenses.

Nafez Al-Madhoun, the secretary of Hamas’s parliament in Gaza, said on Tuesday that the government is working on passing a new law pertaining to lashes. Speaking in an interview with a local newspaper, Madhoun said that the provisions of the new law will include a range of between 80 lashes for major offenses to 20 lashes for minor crimes.

Madhoun further explained that a change in the Penal Code to include lashes is required, in light of the reality where the current law does not deter criminals, who view the Gaza prisons as a place for a vacation.

He also noted that the lashes can accumulate depending on the number of offenses of which the defendant was convicted in court. If the convicted criminal’s life may be in danger due to the lashes, they may be done in several batches.

Hamas has enforced a stringent interpretation of Islamic law in Gaza since violently taking power there in 2007.

The group has banned women and teenagers from smoking hookahs in public, ordered that women's clothing stores are not allowed to have dressing rooms, men cannot have hairdressing salons for women and that mannequins shaped like women must be dressed in modest clothing.

The group also introduced a strict dress code for female university students, demanding that they wear “modest clothing”.

Last year the Hamas government banned residents of Gaza from participating in the national reality singing show “New Star”, which follows the same format as popular U.S. shows “American Idol” and “The X-Factor.”

Hamas claimed the program was “indecent,” adding it contradicts the customs and traditions of the Gaza community.

Despite Hamas’s moves, the extremist Salafists in Gaza say that Hamas is not strict enough for their liking. The Salafists hope to wrest control of Gaza from Hamas and install a Sharia-bound regime instead.

I do as I have spoken to many Africans that have fled post apartheid Africa.

There were less rapes, less murders, less violence, less muggings, less burglaries and less car jackings. The white farmers did not face being hacked to death by blacks, or having their land and property stolen. The murders of whites increased within the first year to 300% of that of the deaths of blacks under apartheid. Many blacks want most of the apartheid laws bringing back into force so that the streets will be safer and they will be protected from their own people. A fact to think on under white apartheid rule Mandella's ANC murdered more blacks in one year by "necklacing" that the white authorities did in 20 years.

Another point you don't seem to be able to understand is that the Palestinian muslims have declared war on Israel and this means that they will be killed or injured when they attack. That is the nature of war and that is what the Palestinians have decided is the way forward

It is more important to realize that in the Muslim countries people are harassed and even killed for their religious beliefs, even Muslims of different sects if they happen to be the minority in that country.

The Arabs in Israel certainly have it much, much better than many non Muslims and even Muslims have it in Muslim countries. My goodness, think of all the Sunni bombings against the Shia and Ahmadis.
