Italicized Quotes

Apparently it's simply a standard vB feature (I've noticed it everywhere), but when a name or some other text is inserted into BB Code

, the quoted text is automatically italicized. For example:

Here's a quote with a name.

Here's a quote without a name.

This is rather trivial, but if possible, could something be done about this? It gets annoying because you can't determine which text was italicized in what you're quoting.
