It Started With A Father Confronting A School Board About the Rape Of His Daughter & Getting Arrested....

Since the assault was reported to the police, who investigated it and made an arrest after completing the investigation, I'd say there must be another explanation. The father was arrested for disorderly conduct, not because he politely addressed the board with his concerns. He didn't even address the board. He got into a tiff with someone in the audience.
Right...
A democrat troll poked the bear till it bit....just to keep him from saying anything on the record.
Thats why that happened....it's inexcusable behavior. The troll was lucky to survive because if I was there that troll would have had a broken jaw.

Disorderly conduct? Like refusing to be silent and leave? He stood up and yelled at the school board...
Yeah that's what they charge you with when you refuse to obey police commands to calm the fuck down. He's lucky he didn't get choked out!

Everybody's welcome to their own theory. Perhaps it's a simple as the administrators not wanting to, or being ordered to, not do or say anything to positively and publicly identity the daughter as the accuser, and dad just being a hot head dad.

You know how mean teenage girls can be.

"For months, her attacker’s friends tormented her. They called her a “crazy bitch” and a “porn star” on social media. One suggested that they show her “what rape actually is,” according to a lawsuit the Colorado student filed this year against her school district.

In the summer of 2017, the girl, a high school junior referred to as Jane Doe in court records, reported that she’d been sexually assaulted the previous year by a classmate, identified by the pseudonym John Smith. Smith later pleaded guilty to assault in juvenile court, and was placed on probation and required to participate in sex offender therapy. Yet throughout the 2017-18 academic year, his friends made Doe’s life miserable at Glenwood Springs High School, she says in her suit filed in the U.S. District Court of Colorado against the Roaring Fork School District."

Doe’s complaint is one of at least 330 suits filed across the United States since the beginning of 2018 alleging that K-12 public and charter schools failed to protect students from sexual assault and harassment or mishandled incidents that came to light, according to an NBC News count based on court records.

Had a father not confronted the school board of the attack/ rape of his daughter, which the school board attempted to hide, a father the School board had arrested and physically removed from their meeting, they might very well have gotten away with hiding it.

God bless him and his family. I hope they are able to find solace in the justice being administered now, that they can move on from this.

Kudos to the media that did cover this, who did not let it go, and helped put pressure on the school board, that had a hand in the truth coming out.

Kudos to these kids for taking a stand, for protesting this crime and its handling.

Kudos to the police and justice system for arresting and convicting this POS punk.

Remember...Ben Shapiro's investigative reporter broke this story.........

Well, I must respectfully disagree.

Statement from the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office:

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
There has been misinformation circulating regarding an investigation into a reported sexual assault that occurred on May 28, 2021, at Stone Bridge High School in Ashburn, VA. Due to exclusions under the Virginia Code regarding disclosure of juvenile reports and the fact the case is pending court proceedings, the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) is limited as to what information can be released.

On May 28, 2021, an LCSO School Resource Officer was notified by Stone Bridge High School staff of a possible sexual assault. A thorough investigation and evidentiary analysis was conducted over the course of several weeks by the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office Special Victims Unit.
Once the elements of a crime were determined, on July 8, 2021, a 14-year-old male was arrested in the case with two counts of forcible sodomy.

Following the arrest on July 8, 2021, the judicial process was turned over to the Loudoun County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office to determine bail, or in the case of a juvenile, the continuance of detention or other legal restrictions set forth as part of court proceedings in the Loudoun County Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court.

As stated in both the current and former Memorandum of Understanding between the LCSO and Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS), the Loudoun Sheriff’s Office is not involved in school discipline (nor the placement of students). Nevertheless, the LCSO works closely with school officials throughout all criminal investigations.

The October 6, 2021 incident at Broad Run High School did not involve complex circumstances, the arrest was immediate, and the arrest was reported to the community as information released was unlikely to disclose the identity of the victim. However, the May 28, 2021 investigation was different in that the suspect and victim were familiar with each other, the investigation was complex, and a public announcement had the potential to identify a juvenile victim.

Yep the father got understandably enraged and got arrested at the school in May. The school followed the law and call the police as required. At the school board meeting he had an altercation with someone in the audience and the police were called. He never addressed the board that day. But when the police are called and they tell you to stop, and you don't stop, you know what happens, right?
Someone in the audience that told that father she didn't believe that his daughter had been raped! How would YOU respond to that if you were that girl's father, Boo? That following the school Superintendent stating that they had no knowledge of any rape taking place in any school rest room! How would you respond to THAT if you were the girl's father! And then the board decides that it won't let HIM speak? Seriously? I think most people under those circumstances would do exactly what he did...or worse!

No actual quotes or links. Just more hearsay. Why didn't he harass the police for taking so long to investigate? It had almost been four weeks since it was reported to them when that meeting took place.

How do you figure?

It is not the tranny's fault for being given access to the bathroom, but it is most definitely IT'S fault for raping someone.

Its' mommy said that it's not a tranny, its just a horny boy looking to fuck girls.
