Conservatism is for some a faith verging on religion. The core of that belief is that populism is evil and poor people are always to blame.

What nonsense!!! Conservatives want fewer poor people by improving their lot in life by education, jobs and self belief. Ghettos are Soooooooooooooooooo Demoloons!!

Conservatives use to be the biggest supporters of space travel and tech advancement.

You'd also support infrastructure and what this country needed.

Still do; the operative word being NEEDED!! There are several ways of getting value for money; Democrats seem unable to find one.
