Don’t they just steal water from the Colorado river via damning up lake Mead? Who needs rain? They need it to rain in Colorado and Utah.

I think it is LA doing the stealing. I know because I saw the movie Chinatown.

4/100ths but whose counting. Arizona is in the same drought, we had a quarter inch about a week ago and it was AWESOME!

I got that about 10 am yesterday and again at 7 pm. I enjoy days that have a couple of drizzlers ;-)
