Israelis Now Bombing Rafah Designated "Safe Zone" Where Civilians Have Been Pushed

If that is the case, then why isn't there one ******* country that agrees with you?

Yeah, right! Israel is right and the entire world is wrong? Wipe your ass with that nonsense.
Do you think international law is a popularity contest? Or do you think that international law should be applied equally to everyone?

Specifically, the laws in question are: the acquisition of territory by force and the acquisition of territory by a new state through treaties.

If you can not acquire territory by force, then Egypt and Jordan can not have acquired any territory in the Mandate of Palestine. It follows, then, that when Israel recovered that territory in 1967, it was enforcing the rule that Jordan and Egypt can't acquire territory by force.

How else should I respond to such stupidity?

You could attempt to refute what the article says and support your assertions with something other than scripted Hasbara lies but we both know that you can't.

You might even wonder why so many ethical Jews around the world are denouncing Netanyahu's genocide but it's easier to dismiss what you can't understand as "stupidity".

“A Textbook Case of Genocide”

“Israel has been explicit about what it’s carrying out in Gaza. Why isn’t the world listening?”

EXCERPTS “Israel’s campaign to displace Gazans—and potentially expel them altogether into Egypt—is yet another chapter in the Nakba, in which an estimated 750,000 Palestinians were driven from their homes during the 1948 war that led to the creation of the State of Israel. But the assault on Gaza can also be understood in other terms: as a textbook case of genocide unfolding in front of our eyes.

I say this as a scholar of genocide, who has spent many years writing about Israeli mass violence against Palestinians. I have written about settler colonialism and Jewish supremacy in Israel, the distortion of the Holocaust to boost the Israeli arms industry, the weaponization of antisemitism accusations to justify Israeli violence against Palestinians, and the racist regime of Israeli apartheid. “

“Israeli Minister of Defense Yoav Gallant declared it in no uncertain terms on October 9th: “We are imposing a complete siege on Gaza. No electricity, no food, no water, no fuel. Everything is closed. We are fighting human animals, and we will act accordingly.”

Indeed, Israel’s genocidal assault on Gaza is quite explicit, open, and unashamed. Perpetrators of genocide usually do not express their intentions so clearly,

Israel’s goal is to destroy the Palestinians of Gaza. And those of us watching around the world are derelict in our responsibility to prevent them from doing so.” CONTINUED

That was October 9 in the midst of rescuing survivors, searching for the missing, intense fighting, and an unknown threat. Of course, there is going to be a complete siege (not to mention a highly emotional reaction in the midst of trauma).

You cannot hold Israel to a statement made during the atrocities, and then just ignore all of Israel's ACTIONS since. Israel allows aid to enter Gaza.

Netenyahu made it quite clear from the beginning. To get rid of Hamas. And he has not waivered from that intention. Despite the ambiguity and mendacity of world leaders who vowed to stand with Israel from the very start.

If you had bothered to follow the links → you would have come to the ICRC Page of the Law of the Sea "Blockade." That screwed-up webpage you set is misleading in many respects.
What is up with these data dumps? You can't mire succinct than that?

According to the laws of occupation and the 4th Geneva Convention, an occupying force cannot claim self defense.

(COMMENT)

It was not a "Data Dump." I just responded to more than one question. As I said, blockades are NOT illegal. They just have certain rules that must be followed.

The Rules to a Blockade are covered in the San Remo Manual on International Law Applicable to Armed Conflicts at Sea

Article 93--108 - Methods of Warfare

Blockade
93. A blockade shall be declared and notified to all belligerents and neutral States.
94. The declaration shall specify the commencement, duration, location, and extent of the blockade and the period within which vessels of neutral States may leave the blockaded coastline.
95. A blockade must be effective. The question whether a blockade is effective is a question of fact.
96. The force maintaining the blockade may be stationed at a distance determined by military requirements.
97. A blockade may be enforced and maintained by a combination of legitimate methods and means of warfare provided this combination does not result in acts inconsistent with the rules set out in this document.
98 Merchant vessels believed on reasonable grounds to be breaching a blockade may be captured. Merchant vessels which, after prior warning, clearly resist capture may be attacked.
99. A blockade must not bar access to the ports and coasts of neutral States.
100. A blockade must be applied impartially to the vessels of all States.
101 The cessation, temporary lifting, re-establishment, extension or other alteration of a blockade must be declared and notified as in paragraphs 93 and 94.
102 The declaration or establishment of a blockade is prohibited if:
(a) it has the sole purpose of starving the civilian population or denying it other objects essential for its survival; or
(b) the damage to the civilian population is, or may be expected to be, excessive in relation to the concrete and direct military advantage anticipated from the blockade.
103. If the civilian population of the blockaded territory is inadequately provided with food and other objects essential for its survival, the blockading party must provide for free passage of such foodstuffs and other essential supplies, subject to:
(a) the right to prescribe the technical arrangements, including search, under which such passage is permitted; and
(b) the condition that the distribution of such supplies shall be made under the local supervision of a Protecting Power or a humanitarian organization which offers guarantees of impartiality, such as the International Committee of the Red Cross.
104. The blockading belligerent shall allow the passage of medical supplies for the civilian population or for the wounded and sick members of armed forces, subject to the right to prescribe technical arrangements, including search, under which such passage is permitted.
Zones
105. A belligerent cannot be absolved of its duties under international humanitarian law by establishing zones which might adversely affect the legitimate uses of defined areas of the sea.
106. Should a belligerent, as an exceptional measure, establish such a zone:
(a) the same body of law applies both inside and outside the zone;
(b) the extent, location and duration of the zone and the measures imposed shall not exceed what is strictly required by military necessity and the principles of proportionality;
(c) due regard shall be given to the rights of neutral States to legitimate uses of the seas;
(d) necessary safe passage through the zone for neutral vessels and aircraft shall be provided:
(i) where the geographical extent of the zone significantly impedes free and safe access to the ports and
coasts of a neutral State;
(ii) in other cases where normal navigation routes are affected, except where military requirements do
not permit; and
(e) the commencement, duration, location and extent of the zone, as well as the restrictions imposed, shall be publicly declared and appropriately notified.
107. Compliance with the measures taken by one belligerent in the zone shall not be construed as an act harmful to the opposing belligerent.
108. Nothing in this Section should be deemed to derogate from the customary belligerent right to control neutral vessels and aircraft in the immediate vicinity of naval operations.

The training manual on Occupation is NOT the Law. Chapter VII Article 51 Covers Self-Defense. Article 68 of the Fourth Geneva Convention covers the prosecution in the attacks against the Israelis.

You cannot recover land that isn't yours. And Gaza, the West Bank, East Jerusalem and the Golan Heights is not Israeli land and will never be Israeli land.

You fuckers have violated every treaty you ever signed. You don't deserve a country! You fuckers should remain in exile until God comes back down to earth, like the Three Oaths say.

Collective punishment is a war crime. The blockade of Gaza punishes all 2.2 million people there, the majority of which committed no crimes.

You got to be a real sick puppy to want to punish women and children who have committed no crimes.

Re:

In addition to dental care, music and soccer, the inmates of Auschwitz received more food (1) than the inmates of Gaza.

Israel is simply going to look worse and engender more resistance as the months pass and even more of Gaza's homeless and hungry residents die from simple infections, exposure, starvation and other easily preventable disorders.

Despite noisily publicised claims and widespread popular notions to the contrary, no researcher has ever been able to document a German policy of extermination through starvation in the German camps.” CONTINUED
