The first five books of the Bible make absolutely no reference to these Seven Noahide (Noachide) laws. The penalty for violating any of these Noahide Laws is spelled out on page 1192 of the Encyclopedia Judaica, "... violation of any one of the seven laws subjects the Noahide to capital punishment by decapitation."
