HAMAS intentionally placed children in harm’s way not only as protection for themselves, but to get as many of them milled as possible. Again, international law and legal proceedings are not subject to the logical fallacy of argumentum ad populum. So even if all 124 countries had a say in the legal proceedings (and they don't) it would still be a bad argument.

But I don't even know what we are arguing about here. There was an application made to the court. The court collected initial requests and opening statements. Charges were laid. An arrest warrant was issued. Evidence and counter-evidence is yet to be presented in a proper trial. No conviction. The man deserves, as anyone, a fair trial. And, according to international law, the State of Israel must conduct its own investigation and only if the outcome seems suspect would it go to an international court.
