If this is meant to be a ceasefire between Iran and the US, leave Israel out of it. If this is meant to be a regional ceasefire, then you need to get all involved parties in the region to agree to it.

If the goal of the US is regional peace, the US needs to ensure that Iran and her proxies don't attack Israel. It is that simple. But good luck with that.
