Israel has that covered .. I expect Irans proxies will attempt to continue or up their strikes on Israel and on shipping in the area .. the US has been striking the Houthi's for weeks .. we may increase said strikes if the Huthi's try to step up their attacks .

Israel was at war with Gaza and Hezbollah. Russia was attacking Ukraine and you had a president who was not strong nor even it seemed in total control.

Because this iteration of the conflict has a higher chance of getting the United States involved, now that we have a compos mentis president, China knows it has to strike soon. This could be that chance.

If the US comes in for Israel at some point in the next month or so, China will start moving to attack Taiwan within the year.
