Peace (the absence of conflict to any degree) is universal in concept. Justice (degrees of fairness or reasonableness, especially in the way people are treated or decisions are made system or application of law: the legal system, or the act of applying or upholding the law) is predicated on societal and cultural norms.

Just as the concept of "genocide" (deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part) differ. The quarantine and sequestering of Hostile Arab Palestinians is often called "genocide" or "apartheid" (sometimes simultaneously) by the Palestinians; yet the solemn declaration by the Palestinian to wipe out the Israelis – every "man, women and child" is considered by the Palestinians to be a just cause.

There is no linear connection between "justice" (a subjective evaluation) and "peace" (disambiguation: Yes-No). One does not imply the other; just as the absence of one does not imply the absence of the other. They are independent conditions; mutually exclusive to the polarity of the other.

Special Note: Culturally, one has to be very cautious in the definitive evaluation of "justice." For instance, in Sharia (advocated by the Arab Palestinian), the law is based on ethics. "Its basic values are permanent and universal."

Justice and Compassion: Ethics and Our Responsibilities said:
Our Responsibility

It is our responsibility to know the rules of Allah and put them into practice with sincerity. But before anything we should ask ourselves: Are we really practicing justice? Are we really fair to others, to our spouses, to our relatives, to our neighbors, employees, employers, to Muslims, to other human beings, to animals, to anything and everything? Are we really compassionate people? Are we really increasing in compassion or are we becoming angry, hateful, arrogant, or complacent about ourselves? We must improve ourselves in justice and compassion. If we do not have `adl and ihsan or rahmah (mercy), then we are not practicing the Shari`ah. Similarly, if we think that we are following the law of Allah but the result is injustice and lack of compassion, then it means that we have not properly understood the law of Allah or we are not interpreting it right.

The Meaning of Justice

In the Islamic worldview, justice denotes placing things in their rightful place. It also means giving others equal treatment. In Islam, justice is also a moral virtue and an attribute of human personality, as it is in the Western tradition. Justice is close to equality in the sense that it creates a state of equilibrium in the distribution of rights and duties, but they are not identical. Sometimes, justice is achieved through inequality, like in unequal distribution of wealth.

Holy smokescreen, Batman.

What about Palestinian Christians?

Unfortunately, you will never hear the word justice cross the lips of any of those phonies and their fake peace process.

But, Mr. Tinmore, your friends and relatives in Gaza certainly do not want peace with Israel. They want to destroy Israel and take it over for the Muslims.

I was addressing the aforementioned issue of "justice" 'vs' "peace." I used the Sharia example simply because I thought it was much more relevant [given the proportionality and population density of Christians (maybe 1%)] to the preponderance to the Arab position. I just didn't think there were that many Christian Jihadist and Fedayeen that advocated the "genocide" of the Israelis and were promoting Islamic Resistance Movement beliefs that the land of former Mandate is an Islamic Waqf.

Do you think that a significant number of Palestinian Christians are Jihadist and Fedayeen? Do you think that these Christians could in any way, change the course of Palestinian development either in the West Bank or Gaza Strip?

ARTICLE 31

Under the wing of Islam, it is possible for the followers of the three religions - Islam, Christianity and Judaism - to coexist in peace and quiet with each other. Peace and quiet would not be possible except under the wing of Islam. Past and present history are the best witness to that.

It is the duty of the followers of other religions to stop disputing the sovereignty of Islam in this region, because the day these followers should take over there will be nothing but carnage, displacement and terror. Everyone of them is at variance with his fellow-religionists, not to speak about followers of other religionists. Past and present history are full of examples to prove this fact.

SOURCE: The Covenant of the Islamic Resistance Movement

This says, essentially, that if it is NOT under the wing of Islam, then peace and quiet are not possible. One needs only look a the political disturbances in the Middle East and Persian Gulf, to see the truth or falsity in this line of thought.

Most christians have moved, or left the region. Over whelmed by the Islamist. Made unwelcome in their own land.
